    Some of you may (or may not!) know that I like a holiday (or ten!) a year. I’ve always been obsessed with Travel since I was a little girl but my lust grew for it when I became a Travel Agent, ten years ago (dear God, help me, how was that ten years ago?) I’ve just returned from the Dominican Republic with Ice Lolly and it was one of those holiday spent solely on the beach, because quite frankly, it was time for us to chill out and that is exactly what we did.  But a holiday like this requires a carefully prepared beach bag with all the essentials.

    The moment we glided over the French Riviera on our descent, with the blue, crystal water and super yachts beneath us it appeared we had already entered heaven without even touching down yet. I’d been invited kindly by UniversityRooms.com to review some of their accommodation for a weekend and boy was I excited to arrive in the throws of this beautiful, elegant town. It was like Nice welcomed us with open arms. The sun beating down as we pounded the pavements to our apartment and the sea lapping against the pebble beach to our left. I uttered the words “I don’t want to go home” before we had even been there 15 minutes.

    I wanted to start my Nice themed content with my Vlog. I’ve started to find so much joy in shooting videos along the way and coming home to edit them. It’s another creative outlet that I’ve become to love more & more. I prolonged adding any of my Nice content for a few weeks after the traumatic attack on the City. I feel now is a good time to start sharing with you some of the amazing sights we came across along the way. I can’t wait to share my photo diaries, hints & tips and more in future posts. So let me show you the nicest Creme Brulee I have ever eaten and the beautiful coastline, so join me, sit back with a cuppa and let me take you to the South of France and enjoy my Nice Vlog…

    I’ve currently said “CIAO BELLA” to the UK and I’m swanning around the South of France (so the translation would have been better in French, but hey, I’m not too far from the Italian border right now so let’s forgive me for that rookie error. Shall we?) I’ve been dying to say “Goodbye UK” since my last trip, but even more so since the Referendum. I’m all about spreading good vibes and sadly, the Brexit situ has kinda left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m sure most of you will agree with me.

    Hi guys, not to depress you or anything but I’m heading on plane to Nice with University Rooms today. It’s somewhere I’ve long desired to travel to and it’s finally happening. But sometimes you can hit a brick wall when you come to decide where to go on holiday next. There’s an influx of resources available online and it can sometimes really bombard you. When I was in travel, I was frequently tasked with trying to find the holiday and destination for clients. Sometimes it was so easy, and others were pretty hard to please. But I always gave an imaginary, mini fist-bump when I did find something for them. I’ve put together a few tips of how you can help make that process a little bit easier and seem less of a chore!
