A home town is somewhere that you grew up in, somewhere you most likely feel very close to. You’ll defend it’s name in honour. That’s how I feel about York, but hey, who on earth has a bad thing to say about York anyway. I am so lucky to call this place my hometown and growing up in this beautiful city is something I’m truly thankful for. You see, unlike many other towns or cities I breath in the air and it still feels fresh. Not polluted or filled with toxic gasses unlike many other large towns. You see I love this place. Plain and simple. It has everything you could possibly want from it’s beautiful architecture round every corner to the rich history, from the wonderful family parks and the River Ouse that snakes through the centre. Oh, and did I mention the shopping?
