    Oh. How I am already dreaming of blue skies, sandy beaches and cocktails on tap. And I’ve only been back just over a week. I’m sure most of you will agree that going on holiday is one of the pleasures in life that I don’t think I could live without. There’s nothing quite like hopping on a plane and heading somewhere for a bit of R and R. Plus, the hot weather that the UK seems to be lacking this week is giving me a serious case of wanderlust.
