I didn’t quite know what to expect with Barcelona, I didn’t plan too much as I knew there were certain things that you obviously have to see but the rest of the stay would be spent roaming around (sometimes aimlessly!) and heading to a Metallica concert so I thought I’d create a a first timers guide to spending less in Barcelona for those who are wondering how to get the most out of their trip!

Ah, alas. I am home from a wonderful trip to France and it’s put a ginormous spring in my step (despite walking a grand total of 50 miles whilst there!) It really was a whistle-stop tour at the beginning of trip being based in and around Paris, but we managed to fit in 4 nights of “down time” on the French Riviera at the end of our adventure. Having been to Nice, Cote d’Azur before I was excited to explore further along the coast but I didn’t have a clue where to start. Needless to say, it was going to be just as action packed as the start of the holiday because there’s so much to see and do there.
