    I want to completely overhaul my bedroom at the moment. Scratch that, I want to overhaul my whole house. With the likes of pinterest I am constantly lusting after aesthetically pleasing, minimalistic, black and white living. I decided that I need to start creating a little bit inspiration for myself and where better to do that, than on my blog. Am I right? I adore the muted tones of grey and whilst a rather dull colour it can lift the starkness of a white room. I think I would maybe I’d add a pop of colour to break it up too!

    GALS. Listen up. I don’t know about you, but I love a good pair of shoes. Finding that perfect fit is brilliant and don’t get me started on handbags. I’m easily pleased. However, there is one thing that get’s me even more giddy and that’s finding a pair of sunglasses that match my face shape. I really struggle and I mean REALLY struggle. I have long struggled to find a pair of shades that suit my pea-head face and I believe I have found them in the form of the Erika Raybans in the #SGSFaceShape challenge. (I wish I looked cool in the Aviators!) DO YOU SEE HOW HAPPY I AM? And do you know what is even better? The Sunglasses Shop is offering one of you lucky lot the chance to win a trip to NYC.     I make absolutely no apologies for the photo heavy post here. When you feelin’ good, you feelin’ good. Am I right? And that Saturday morning I was most certainly #werkingit. I’d gone to the effort of blow drying my hair till it was burnt to a singe ready for the Bloggers Brunch event in Leeds that day and I needed to look my best. After all, the blogging Goddess that is Hannah Gale was going to be there too. To complete my ensemble (seeing as the sun was shining gloriously that day too, well for all but 5 minute before I walked out the house) I knew it was time to deck myself out with a little, cheeky bardot top from New Looks Summer range and you can find this little sexual number here. But alas, as I walked to the bus stop (because I’m a super cool, bus wanker at the age of 26) the heavens opened, leaving me questioning my summery get-up.

    It’s not something you usually see gracing the screens of QueenBeady relating to male items, but, as like most girls & ladies at this time of year we are frantically trying to think of new and exciting gifts for our Dad’s in the run up to Fathers Day so I wanted to make sure I could help a sister or two out. Thank me later y’all. But seriously, men are just notoriously hard to buy for & I for one can be left pulling my hair out trying to think what on earth can I spend my hard earned cash on to make sure I see some sort of smile on my male counterparts face.     Unless you live under a rock you’ll know that it’s the BAFTAS this evening. The British Academy of Film and Television Arts award ceremony that celebrates all things gloriously British from the stage and screen. Growing up I longed to be an actress but realized quickly my dream would not emerge victorious so instead studied fashion and textiles in sixth form. I’ve always been in to style and for me the awards ceremony not only catches my eye for the dramatic entertainment but also the magnificent dresses that come with a red carpet appearance too.
