Guys, I am nearly frazzled. My usual August / early September burn out didn’t arrive until a couple of weeks ago and I’m fast peddling away trying to make it to the end of October without completely overloading myself. There’s been so much riding on this holiday to Mexico, so much so that I’m still keeping my birkenstocks on for the foreseeable (yes I am aware it was only 3 degree’s this morning in Yorkshire!)

This trip is the big one for my 30th (as you’ll know because I’ve not stopped harping on about it!) and I’ve spent pretty much the whole of summer watching everyone head off on gorgeous vacay’s whilst I sit crying in to my tub of Ben & Jerry’s wondering when on earth my time to fly will come around?

After sitting down on last nights coaching call with Sophie, I decided that I needed to put a plan in to action, thus my October to-do list before we head on holiday has been born!
