I’m in a really good place at the moment, as I mentioned in a earlier post, I thought it was a good time as ever to grab the bull by the horns and really get back on track with my health and fitness regime. Both physically and mentally. I find that when I’m feeling really positive it spurs me on to be more mindful and look after myself that bit extra – there is no time like the present to kick some balls.
