With three holidays booked and under my belt for 2016 already, you could say I’m virtually packing my suitcase for them all already. Of course my holiday attire is something I meticulously plan beforehand but I do very little planning for when I will actually be there. For those who don’t know I am the monthly chat host of #HappySelves on Twitter. This is a once-monthly takeover of the wonderful #HealthySelves chat. I pick a topic that is light-hearted and upbeat and we all just chat away like we would with friends over coffee.
