Back in August I was invited to the International Street Food Challenge with Travel Supermarket, but sadly due to work commitments and my then upcoming holiday to Mexico, I couldn’t get my butt down to Shoreditch for this amazing event. I was super sad because it combined my love for all things travel and also some scrumptious food from street style vendors too. A whopping fifth of Brits decide on their holiday destination all down to the cuisine that is offered at the hotel or resort. That’s a staggering amount so it’s plain to see why local’s want to make sure that their food is up to scratch! Luckily, because I couldn’t head down Travel Supermarket wanted me to try and create one of the dishes that was on offer at the event.
