I don’t know about you, but when I make a large purchase (yes I’m looking at you rather luxurious Mexico trip in September!) I really try to tighten my purse strings. But, with such a huge want to buy everything in sight it’s pretty hard for a girl like me. That’s why when I’m shopping online I am always googling ‘’discount codes’’ or ‘’discount vouchers’’ for everything I want to buy. A girl has to try to do her part in saving, am I right?
For music lovers across the globe, there is one band that is synonymous for everyone a like. A band that was catapulted in to fame very quickly, I would look at you in sheer disbelief if you didn’t know this band. The Beatles. The back bone of Liverpudlian culture, aside from the Mersey Tunnel and the Titanic.
I have always wanted to go to Liverpool. I’ve wanted to see the Beatles Museum and seek out that world-famous ”scouse brow” for a while now. When presented with the opportunity to road-test one of Travelodge’s newly refurbished hotel’s, I jumped at the chance to head to their Liverpool Central The Strand digs this weekend just past. Based on Albert Dock’s you can’t deny that this hotel has an envious spot in Liverpool. With great views, great shops and wonderful bars surrounding the spot, you were literally spoilt for choice. The hotel stands like a rather large, glass boxed giant over the road and is imposing but mimics the ultra modern mixed with the old on this long street that lines the docks, The Strand.
Boy oh boy, it’s been 7 years since my last visit to Disneyland, but with 4 visits to Disneyland Paris under my belt, along with a trip to Disney World Florida back when I was 15 – I can safely say that that place is where I recall some of my happiest memories. Now I’m not going to go all ”sobby sobby” on you, but it genuinely is a place that I felt like I was 100% safe, locked away from the outside world. No pain, no tears and no bullying. It is literally my happy place, hence why I want to do this tag.
