    It’s easy to get carried away with Christmas gift giving, I know I am the worlds worst when it comes to making sure I’ve spent the same amount on everyone so I don’t feel too guilty in among all the festive cheer. I’m so lucky to have a kind, generous and loving family that enjoys gift giving and the run up to Christmas as much as I do. Sadly, not every Christmas can be perfect for some. It’s actually a time to really reflect on what matters in life, I wanted to provide an alternative Christmas gift guide to those who may be looking to help someone or a cause less fortunate this year because whilst it’s nice to have prezzies under the tree, there are so many more rewarding gifts you can give this year to someone outside of your family.

    Guys, if I haven’t bored you already with my relentless posts about Christmas, well I’m afraid I might be verging on that edge pretty soon. I just can’t help it. Once pay-day hit and I could go wild with buying Christmas presents it all started to sink in that Christmas is very nearly upon us. I’ve got in the mood with the Designer Outlet York to bring you some of my top Christmas Wishlist items that either I’d love to find in my stocking or think would be a rather awesome gift for a loved one. And, with so many discounts and offers under one roof at the Designer Outlet York, I’ll be damned if I don’t get all my Christmas shopping finished soon!

    Oh boy, am I ready for Christmas this year. I have so much excitement in my bones that if I burst I think you’d hear Christmas Carols coming out of me rather than any form of loud, eploding bang. The Christmas tree at work is finally up, (and I think ours will be this weekend, too.) Plus we have Christmas Market’s, a festive weekend away and a Christmas Party to also think about. Let’s just say I’m going freaking in on the festivities this year and y’all better be here for it too. And with every festive period brings reasons for new footwear, so I’ve teamed up with the Victoria Shopping in Leeds (the swankiest shopping mall to hit Leeds in quite a few years.)     We’ve all been there, wondering when we’ll be picked off the high shelf, the dust blown off us and brought back to life by an unrequited love. Through decades of rom com films through the 90’s and early noughties, at times it was bleak for the “loser” hero/heroine character of the story but eventually things always ended pretty good and resulted in the perfect love story. There’s the endless fairy tales that Prince Charming or our Cinderella might be waiting for us out in the big, wide world – but let’s face it you might have to kiss a few toads before you reach them. It can be quite easy to be cynical about love, but, somewhere out there, there really is someone for everyone. I mean, someone had to put up with my Mr C eventually, didn’t they?  (wink wink!) With the likes of dating apps such as Badoo, it’s making it easier to meet that special someone to spend our lives with.
