20 THINGS I HAVE LEARNT ABOUT NAVIGATING FRIENDSHIP IN YOUR 20’S

Your twenties are a super conflicting time, but the one thing I’ve found most difficult and confusing is the area of friendships – how do I make them, how do I retain them, how do I become a better friend as well as juggle all the plates we already have in our lives. No wonder we don’t always get it right! These are 20 things I have learnt about navigating friendship in your 20’s.

(I have to fully thank Sophie for helping with this working blog post title when we were discussing it in my life coaching session.)

Turning 30 is one of those ages that you are fully on board with or completely and utterly dreading and I cannot tell you how many times I’ve hopped in between both of those drastic feelings when it comes to reaching a new decade of my life.

I’ve been teetering both lines for sometime now but as it edge’s closer, yes, just less than a mere two months away (Christ almighty, Jesus H) and slowly but surely I am starting to feel way more at ease with it. (more…)

GET YOUR HOME COSY FOR WINTER

This is a collaborative post – Get your home cosy for Winter

HOW TO SPEND A DAY IN LIVERPOOL #VISITLIVERPOOL

This was a press trip with Visit Liverpool – How to spend a day in Liverpool

Oh Liverpool, you really are a magical city. There is something that seems to draw me in to this place like no other. Maybe its because of the fond memories I hold with both my husband and friends, the people that live there, the amazing food and drink scene or the sheer history and pride that it holds deep within it. I was kindly invited by Visit Liverpool to come along for the day to experience some of the things that I haven’t already had chance to do whilst here previously. It was time to head back to a place I find so familiar for a day of even more exploring!

As I write this from my local haunt that serves not only the best cocktails but the best flat whites too, I’m in fact actually really being very studious and doing the very homework task that Sophie set me just little over a week ago after our first coaching call together. You see I chose this spot not only so I could keep refueled but to give myself a big pat on the back for forging forward with my plans to take my blog more seriously which is something I will come to very shortly. For anyone that’s ever considered life coaching to help challenge them in life or open up doors and avenues you never thought possible you might want to sit tight and read this post. So, here’s the start of my life coaching journey.
