Welcome to the 411 on how you should be charity shopping. There’s so many pre-conceptions about it that it’s time to dispel the myth. “Won’t they smell” (have you ever heard of a washing machine), “Someone probably died in that” (okay, a little grim but pretty sure they didn’t!) “They won’t have anything current” (you’ll be very surprised!) – these are just a few of the misjudged and scathing comments I’ve heard when I’ve told people who something I was wearing was from a charity shop. I think once people get over their repulsion of charity shopping with these handy tips, it might just make you think about your next purchase.

Packing my suitcases is both a blessing and a curse. It gives me that excitement of creating new outfit combos and an endless stream of items being added to my ASOS wish list, yet it also comes with the worry of trying not to go over my 15KG weight limit and which pair of shoes will end up having to get the boot. This year I decided to stream line the process, because let’s face it, we never wear half of what we pack. Do we? With the end of the Summer season approaching (sob!) the sales are an amazing time to pick up some bargains if you are heading off to sunnier clime’s in September! If you’re a festi-newbie or a hardcore veteran, you will always learn these very few and very certain things at Bramham Parks very own, Leeds Festival…

Okay, if you read this blog or follow me on social media you will know that I am rather in to my festivals. There’s something so freeing about having a cider in one hand, festival glitter all over my face and an earful of really amazing, loud music. We only live a 5 minute drive away from my beloved Leeds Festival so it’s guaranteed that our yearly visit always happens. Not only do I love the experience when I’m there, I love to get hyped by creating playlists of those bands  I adore already and new finds that I can’t wait to hear for the first time live. The guys at Panasonic* sent me their latest, wireless speaker – the ALL05to get me in the mood even more. My Spotify playlists have been off the hook as of late!

    IBIZA TOWN

Since we returned from Ibiza in mid July, my social media feed seems to have streams and streams of people enjoying the White Isle this peak holiday season. The island has this crazy pull to it, one that I didn’t expect to feel. I’d known many people before me that had visited year after year and I’d never quite understood just why?
