Okay, you really do need this blog post right now because I type it’s like minus-fricking-fifty degrees and my toes are about to drop off it’s that cold. I swear. For me Winter is a difficult season to bear, the dark nights, colder days – guys, I need all the vitamin D I can get. So the only way to fight it is drool over pretty knitwear and layer up good and proper.
My favourite jumper in my knitwear edit totally has to be the Paulie jumper. You’ll have seen in many blog posts since Autumn crept up on us most top garments I’m wearing have some sort of rollneck, turtleneck or funnel neck. They are just so cosy and add another dimension of warmth, hey, you can still wear your scarf too to be extra toasty.
My wardrobe is seriously getting ripped to shreds at the moment to make way for more of a capsule wardrobe, neutrals, navies, blacks, beige, you name it – if it’s dull, I got it. I just want to be able to look at my wardrobe and pair things up real easy making it so much quicker to get dressed in the morning before work or the day ahead and I think any of the jumpers I chose above would fit nicely within that. Of course my novelty “Not your Bae” option had to be chosen – such a good sweatshirt for lounging about the house in, crank up the kettle, make a hot chocolate, get the duvet down and click Netflix on because that is what it is all about!
