Breton Top Zara | Pleated Skirt Whistles | Shoes New Look

Yes. Inevitably Breton stripes are featuring again on the blog. Those of you who know me know I can’t get enough of them. Yikes. But seriously, away with the rumours that stripes don’t flatter, because quite frankly, I think they do. I’m not going to deny that this outfit makes you feel like a full blown lady (ahem, I hear you sniggering!) but the whole swishy swashyness of the skirt is just brilliant. Whistles never fails to impress with the quality of their garments & this one is no exception to the rule. It is a perfect addition to my SS15 wardrobe & can’t wait to wear it more often. That bright pop of colour can not only brighten up your outfit but also your day.

I adore pleated skirts they are beautiful and definitely make you feel like a lady haha, I want one in like a pale pink for spring, but I think the red looks gorgeous with the stripes. I have never shopped in whistles before actually, it’s always a shop that I’ve though to be too polished for the likes of me and my jeans haha xxx

  Yes, they really do Jess! I have a pale blue version which I can’t wait to wear. I need a warmer day for that one as it makes me think of snow/ice haha!
